4. What file format should I provide?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS, and SVG are preferred. We also accept high-resolution JPG and PNG files.
5. Can I order a custom sample with my own design?
Because our minimum order is only 50 pieces, and the price is usually around $20, it is already close to the basic setup cost.
In most cases, making 1 custom sample costs about the same as making 50 labels, so we recommend ordering the minimum quantity instead.
6. Are your writable sheet labels waterproof and oil-resistant?
No. Writable sheet labels are paper-based, so they are not waterproof or oil-resistant.
7. Are your writable sheet labels removable or permanent?
These labels use a permanent adhesive. If you need removable labels, a removable roll label option may be more suitable.
9. Do I need to include bleed or a die line in my design file?
If your label is not a custom shape, a die line is not required in your artwork file. However, your design should include both bleed and a safe margin.
- Bleed: Extend the background at least 2 mm beyond the final cut line to help prevent unwanted white edges after die cutting.
- Safe margin: Keep important text, logos, and other design elements at least 2 mm inside the cut line to reduce the risk of them being trimmed during die cutting.
For custom-shaped labels, a die line may be required depending on the artwork.
9. When can I receive my labels?
Production and shipping times depend on the options you choose.
Standard production takes about 4–5 business days, while rush production takes about 2–3 business days.
Express shipping (DHL) usually takes 2–4 days, while Standard Shipping usually takes 6–9 days.
