2. How can I create my design?
You can use a professional desktop application like Adobe Illustrator® or hire a designer to create your artwork.

3. How can I get a dieline template?
After completing your order, we’ll send the dieline template to the email address you provided.
4. Can I order a sample box?
Yes! We can produce a single custom box with your design and dimensions. To order, set the quantity to “1 (sample)” at the top of this page.
5. How do I order custom boxes?
It’s simple—just three steps:
- Customize it: At the top of this page, enter your dimensions, select printed sides, and choose the quantity.
- Upload your artwork: Click “Upload your design file” and upload your finished design, then add to cart and checkout.
- Approve it: After you place your order, our customer service team will email a digital proof to the address you provided. You can review it and request any changes before production. Once you approve the proof, we’ll produce your boxes and ship them straight to your door.
6. How will my boxes be shipped?
All boxes are shipped flat and unassembled to save space and reduce shipping costs.
7. When can I receive my boxes?
Production and shipping times depend on your order size and chosen shipping method:
- Sample order: Usually takes 3–5 business days to produce. You can choose DHL Express (3–5 days) or Standard Shipping (7–10 days).
- Bulk order: Production may take 7–9 business days. Due to the weight of large orders, DHL or other express shipping is too expensive. We ship via Economy Air & Land (10–15 days) or Economy Sea & Land (around 3 weeks) to minimize costs.
8. Can I order a box type other than mailers, shippers, or product boxes?
If you need a box type not listed on our website, contact us at support@unikportrait.com, and our customer service team will assist you.
9. How do I know what box size I need?
UnikPortrait uses interior dimensions for box production, meaning the sizes you enter are the measurements inside the folded box. To choose the right size:
- Lay out all items you plan to pack on a flat surface.
- Stack them as you would in the box.(include any protective packaging, like bubble warp or foam)
- Measure dimensions:
Length: left-to-right
Width: front-to-back
Depth: from surface to top of tallest item
Add 0.25" to each dimension for easy packing.
10. Why is your minimum order 500 boxes? Can I order fewer?
We use Heidelberg industrial-grade printing machines for our boxes, not small digital printers. This ensures better print quality at a lower cost, which is one reason we can offer prices up to 50% lower than competitors.
Please note: the price for our 500 custom boxes may be similar to what most competitors charge for only 200 boxes! So don’t just focus on quantity—look at the value. For nearly the same price, you get more boxes. Isn’t that better?
11. Can you print on kraft-colored corrugated boxes?
We currently do not offer full-color printing on kraft boxes because the colors won’t be vibrant enough.
