1. What material are the durable sheet labels made of?
2. What surface finish do they have?
UV printing is not laminated, so it keeps more of the material’s natural texture and gives a finish closer to matte.
Offset printing can be finished with either matte lamination or gloss lamination. Please see the Quick Guide video in the calculator for details.
3. Can I specify the sheet size myself?
No. We optimize the sheet layout based on your label size to reduce waste and keep pricing more affordable.
4. Can I place different designs on the same sheet?
Yes, but only if you upload a fully arranged print-ready sheet and place it as one label design. Otherwise, we accept one design per sheet
5. What file format should I provide?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS, and SVG are preferred. We also accept 150DPI high-resolution JPG and PNG files.
6. Are these labels waterproof?
Yes. Our durable sheet labels are waterproof and also oil-resistant for most everyday uses.
For heavy-oil applications, contact us first to confirm suitability.
7. Are they removable or permanent?
These labels use a permanent adhesive. If you need removable labels, a removable roll label option may be more suitable
8. Do I need to include bleed or a die line?
No, you don’t need to include bleed or a die line. The size you enter when ordering will be the exact final label size.
Please make sure the label size in your design file matches the size you submit with your order to avoid any errors.
9. When can I receive my labels?
Production and shipping times depend on the options you choose.
Standard production takes about 4–5 business days, while rush production takes about 2–3 business days.
Express shipping (DHL) usually takes 2–4 days, while Standard Shipping usually takes 6–9 days.
