1. What flute do you use for your corrugated mailer boxes?

Our corrugated mailer boxes use E-flute by default, with a thickness of about 2mm. 

We can also offer B-flute if needed — just leave a note saying “B-flute” when placing your order.

2. What outer paper do you use for your corrugated mailer boxes?

In general, there are two common outer paper options on the market. 

One is standard white, which is typically made from recycled materials and has a duller, less vibrant appearance. 

The other is premium white, usually made from virgin paperboard, which offers better color vibrancy and print quality.


To ensure the best color saturation and overall printing results, we use premium white paperboard as the default outer layer for our corrugated mailer boxes.

3. Can I order just 100 boxes?

Yes, we can do that. 

However, the total price for 100 boxes is very close to the price for 500, so it is usually not the most cost-effective option. That’s why we do not list it directly on our website.


A better approach is to order 1 custom sample first to check the quality, then place an order for 500 boxes or more. This helps reduce your risk while giving you much better value.

4. What if I don’t have my artwork ready yet?

You can place your order without uploading artwork.


After we receive your order, our team will create a blank dieline template based on your selected size and box style, and send it to the email address on your order.


You can then have your designer place the design content onto the dieline and send the completed file back to us.

5. Can I design my box on your website?

Sorry, our website doesn’t currently support design creation. You’ll need to upload your finished design file to us.

6. Can I provide content and have you design the artwork for me?

We’re sorry, but we currently do not offer design or layout services.


Unlike many printing platforms that bundle design costs into their pricing, we focus purely on printing and production. This keeps our custom box pricing highly competitive and transparent — you’re only paying for the printing itself.


While this approach may require you to have print-ready artwork for your first order, many of our customers find it far more cost-efficient for long-term reorders, helping reduce overall packaging costs over time.

7. Can I order a sample box?

Yes! For standard options — such as matte or gloss lamination — you can order a single custom sample. Simply select a quantity of “1” in the pricing calculator at the top of the page to create a sample order.


For AQ finishes, single custom samples are not available. 

8. How do I order custom boxes?

It’s simple—just three steps:

  - Customize it: At the top of this page, enter your dimensions, select printed sides and finishes, and choose the quantity.

  - Upload your artwork: Click “Upload your design file” and upload your finished design, then add to cart and checkout.

  - Approve it: After you place your order, our customer service team will email a digital proof to the address you provided. You can review it and request any changes before production. Once you approve the proof, we’ll produce your boxes and ship them straight to your door.

9. How will my boxes be shipped?

All boxes come pre-glued on the sides and are shipped flat to save on shipping costs. Once you receive them, simply fold the top and bottom flaps into place—assembly is quick and easy.

10. When can I receive my boxes?

Production and shipping times depend on your production method, finish complexity, order size, and chosen shipping option.


1. Production Time

    - Standard Production: Typically 7–10 business days.

    - Rush Production: Typically 5-7 business days.


For orders over 5,000 units or with highly complex finishes, production may require an additional 3-4 business days.


2. Shipping Time

We offer multiple delivery options, from the fastest DHL Express (2–4 days) to the most economical Sea & Land Delivery (around 3 weeks).

You can choose the best fit based on your budget and timeline.


If you have a tight deadline, please contact us to make sure your deadline can be met.

11. Can I order a box type other than mailers, shippers, or product boxes?

If you need a box type not listed on our website, contact us at support@unikportrait.com, and our customer service team will assist you.

12. How do I know what box size I need?

Start by measuring the items you want to put inside the box. You can assemble and group the products together to simulate how it would look like packed inside. Measure the length, width, and depth of the space it occupies. Add an inch or two on the sides to make it easy to pack and unpack.
