To accommodate packaging sleeves of different shapes, our pricing is based on the flat size — the length and width of the sleeve when fully unfolded.

  - If you have a design file: the flat size is usually shown on the dieline in your artwork file.

  - If you already have a sleeve sample: simply unfold it and measure the length and width with a ruler.

  - If you don’t have a design or sample: contact us and tell us the length, width, and height of the box your sleeve will wrap around. We can provide a dieline and the flat dimensions for you.

You may place your order first, even without uploading artwork. 

After receiving your order, we can generate a blank dieline template based on your selected size and box style, then send it to your order email. 

A digital proof will also be sent before production for your approval.

Yes. For standard options, you can order 1 custom sample by setting the quantity to 1 in the calculator.

Your sleeve size depends on the size of the box it will wrap around. In general, we recommend making the sleeve 2–4 mm larger than the box for a better fit.

If you want to make sure the fit is perfect, it’s best to order a sample first for testing. You may also choose flat sleeves with double-sided tape, which provide a little more tolerance during assembly. 

Yes, absolutely. We can produce packaging sleeves in almost any shape. Just enter the flat size of your sleeve and upload your artwork, and we’ll make it based on your design file.

We focus on printing and production only, which helps keep our pricing more competitive and transparent.

Vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS, and SVG are preferred. 

Production and shipping times depend on your production method, finish complexity, order size, and chosen shipping option.

    - Standard Production: Typically 7–10 business days.

    - Rush Production: Typically 4–5 business days.

For orders over 5,000 units or with highly complex finishes, production may require an additional 2–4 business days.

2. Shipping Time

We offer multiple delivery options, from the fastest DHL Express (2–4 days) to the most economical Sea & Land Delivery (around 3-4 weeks).

You can choose the best fit based on your budget and timeline.

If you have a tight deadline, please contact us to make sure your deadline can be met.

For U.S. orders, our pricing is duty-paid, so no additional sales tax or import duties are required.

For orders outside the U.S., DHL shipments may require you to pay import duties upon delivery. Other shipping methods are generally duty-paid, so no extra VAT or import duties will apply.

In most cases, you only need to pay for the products and shipping when ordering from us.
