Frequently Asked Questions
1. What flute do you use for your corrugated mailer boxes?
2. What if I don’t have a print-ready file or dieline?
You may place your order first, even without uploading artwork.
After receiving your order, we can generate a blank dieline template based on your selected size and box style, then send it to your order email.
A digital proof will also be sent before production for your approval.
3. Can I order a custom sample box with my own design?
Yes. For standard options, you can order 1 custom sample by setting the quantity to 1 in the calculator.
4. How do I know what box size I need?
For box size, start by measuring the items you want to put inside the box.
You can assemble and group the products together to simulate how it would look like packed inside. Measure the length, width, and depth of the space it occupies. Add 1-2cm on the sides to make it easy to pack and unpack.
5. Can I provide content and have you design the artwork for me?
We’re sorry, but we currently do not offer artwork design or layout services.
We focus on printing and production only, which helps keep our pricing more competitive and transparent.
6. What file format should I provide?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS, and SVG are preferred.
7. How long does production and shipping take?
Production and shipping times depend on your production method, finish complexity, order size, and chosen shipping option.
1. Production Time
- Standard Production: Typically 8–12 business days.
- Rush Production: Typically 6–8 business days.
For orders over 5,000 units or with highly complex finishes, production may require an additional 2–4 business days.
2. Shipping Time
We offer multiple delivery options, from the fastest DHL Express (2–4 days) to the most economical Sea & Land Delivery (around 3-4 weeks).
You can choose the best fit based on your budget and timeline.
If you have a tight deadline, please contact us to make sure your deadline can be met.
8. Do I need to pay sales tax, VAT, or import duties?
For U.S. orders, our pricing is duty-paid, so no additional sales tax or import duties are required.
For orders outside the U.S., DHL shipments may require you to pay import duties upon delivery. Other shipping methods are generally duty-paid, so no extra VAT or import duties will apply.
In most cases, you only need to pay for the products and shipping when ordering from us.
