1. Why is your MOQ 500? Can I order just 100 or less?

Because this method is designed for higher-volume, professional-quality production, a minimum order of 500 pieces is required to cover the basic press setup cost.
2. What’s the difference between manual application and machine application?
For manual application, the roll direction and core size are usually random.
For machine application, you can choose the core size and unwind direction to match your labeling machine.
3. Are your holographic roll labels waterproof and oil-resistant?
No. Our holographic roll labels are paper-based, so they are not waterproof or oil-resistant.
4. Are your holographic roll labels removable or permanent?
These labels use a permanent adhesive.

5. Can I send you my text and images for you to design the label for me?
Sorry, we do not provide design service.
You will need to prepare the artwork yourself before production.
6. What file format should I provide?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS, and SVG are preferred. We also accept high-resolution JPG and PNG files at 150 DPI or higher.
7. Do I need to include bleed or a die line in my design file?
No, you don’t need to include bleed or a die line. The size you enter when ordering will be the exact final label size.
8. When can I receive my labels?
Production and shipping times depend on the options you choose.
Standard production takes about 4–6 business days, while rush production takes about 2–3 business days.
Express shipping (DHL) usually takes 2–4 days, while Standard Shipping usually takes 6–9 days.
