1. Are UV DTF Transfer Stickers dishwasher-safe?
They can handle everyday washing well, but dishwasher performance depends on the surface.
For the best durability, we recommend applying them to plastic or textured hard surfaces such as metal and ceramic.
When applied on glass, they are waterproof and suitable for handwashing, but not recommended for dishwasher use.
2. What surfaces do UV DTF Transfer Stickers work best on?
They work best on clean, smooth, hard surfaces such as plastic, glass, metal, ceramic, acrylic, and other similar materials.
They are great for cups, laptops, logo stickers, packaging, and many other everyday products.
3. Are UV DTF Transfer Stickers easy to apply?
Yes. Just place, press, and peel. No heat press is required, and the application process is simple, just like shown in the video.
4. What is the difference between UV Transfer Labels and UV DTF Transfer Stickers?
Both products are finished with a UV coating, but they are made in different ways and suit different needs.
UV Transfer Labels are screen printed, so they support finer detail, more accurate color matching, and spot gold and silver, but they work best for solid-color designs.
UV DTF Transfer Stickers are digitally printed, so they are better for full-color artwork, gradients, and image-based designs, while also offering stronger scratch resistance.
5. What file format should I provide?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS, and SVG are preferred. We also accept high-resolution JPG and PNG files.
6. What is the minimum recommended text size?
We recommend a minimum text height of 3 mm. This is not because smaller text cannot be printed, but because the UV coating is quite firm. If the text is too small or the lines are too thin, they may tear or break when the clear carrier film is removed during application.
7. Can I get a proof before production?
Yes. If you select “Digital Proof Required” before adding to cart, we’ll send you a digital proof by email before production starts, so you can review and approve it first.
8. How about the color difference?
Because UV DTF Transfer Stickers are digitally printed, slight color difference is normal.
If color accuracy is especially important for your project, we recommend allowing some tolerance compared with what you see on screen.
