1. Do Magic Transfer Stickers require heat pressing?
2. Are Magic Transfer Stickers the same as iron-on transfers?
No. They are not iron-on transfers. Magic Transfer Stickers are cold-applied and do not require heat, but they are also not intended for frequent washing like traditional iron-on garment transfers.
3. Can I apply them on clothing? Are they washable?
Yes, they can be applied to clothing, but they are not designed for frequent washing.
With gentle hand-washing using water only, they may last around 10–20 washes. If soaked with detergent or machine washed, they may start peeling after just a few washes.
For best results, we recommend using them on items that aren’t washed often, such as hats, backpacks, shoes, tote bags, gift bags, cartons, and other similar products.
4. What surfaces do Magic Transfer Stickers work best on?
They work best on soft materials with a slightly textured surface, such as fabric, PU, wood, paper, cardboard, and textured soft plastics. They can also work on some rough but not very hard surfaces, such as wood, painted wall, etc.
5. Are Magic Transfer Stickers permanent? How durable are they?
No, they are not permanent.
For indoor use on items that aren’t washed often, they can typically last 2-3 years without peeling.
For outdoor use or items that are washed frequently, they may start peeling much sooner.
6. How scratch-resistant are Magic Transfer Stickers?
They are highly scratch-resistant on non-smooth or slightly textured soft surfaces.
However, on very smooth surfaces, scratch resistance may be lower.
7. Can I order a custom sample with my own design?
No. Magic Transfer Stickers are screen printed, so each custom design requires its own film and printing setup. In simple terms, making 1 custom sample costs nearly the same as producing 100 pieces, which is why our minimum order quantity is 100.
If you only want to preview the effect first, a random sample pack is also available.
8. What file formats do I need to provide?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS, and SVG are preferred. We also accept high-resolution JPG and PNG files.
9. Can I get a proof before production?
Yes. If you select “Digital Proof Required” before adding to cart, we’ll send you a digital proof by email before production starts, so you can review and approve it first.
10. Can Magic Transfer Stickers be applied to silicone, rubber, foam, or 3D-printed resin parts?
They are not suitable for 3D-printed resin parts.
For silicone, rubber, and foam, they work in most cases.
However, some of these materials may have special coatings that prevent proper ink adhesion, so we recommend ordering a sample pack to test on your actual surface first.
