1. Why is your MOQ 500? Can I order just 100 or less?
Our standard clear roll labels are made with offset printing, not digital printing.
Because this method uses industrial-grade printing equipment and is designed for higher-volume, professional-quality production, a minimum order of 500 pieces is required to cover the basic press setup cost.
For smaller quantities, we recommend our clear sheet labels.
2. What’s the difference between manual application and machine application?
For manual application, the roll direction and core size are usually random.
For machine application, you can choose the core size and unwind direction to match your labeling machine.
3. Are your clear roll labels waterproof and oil-resistant?
Yes. Our standard clear roll labels are waterproof and oil-resistant for most everyday uses. For heavy-oil environments, please contact us first so we can confirm the best adhesive option.
4. Are your clear roll labels removable or permanent?
These labels use a permanent adhesive.
If you need removable labels, a removable roll label option may be more suitable.
5. Can I send you my text and images for you to design the label for me?
Sorry, we do not provide design service.
You will need to prepare the artwork yourself before production.
6. What file format should I provide?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS, and SVG are preferred. We also accept high-resolution JPG and PNG files at 150 DPI or higher.
7. Do I need to include bleed or a die line in my design file?
No, you don’t need to include bleed or a die line. The size you enter when ordering will be the exact final label size.
8. Can I order a custom sample with my own design?
Sorry, our minimum order is 500 pieces, and the cost is already very close to the basic setup cost.
In most cases, producing 1 custom sample costs about the same as producing 500 labels, so we usually recommend ordering the minimum quantity instead.
9. When can I receive my labels?
Production and shipping times depend on the options you choose.
Standard production takes about 4–6 business days, while rush production takes about 2–3 business days.
Express shipping (DHL) usually takes 2–4 days, while Standard Shipping usually takes 6–9 days.
